Springtown Homes is the success story of a firm dedicated to the highest standards in the Home Building Industry.

Since 1959 Springtown has been building new homes the way Canadian families want them: Solidly constructed, carefully designed, in a wide variety of types and styles in the choicest possible communities.

Springtown Homes, a family business started by Mario DiPede, when he emigrated from Italy  and became a bricklayer in 1953.  Today, they construct 250 to 300 homes a year, mostly in  nearby Brampton and Woodbridge, as well as owning and managing 24  industrial and  commercial buildings in the Mississauga area.

 Now Mario's two sons, Tony and Dave DiPede are vice-presidents of Spring Town Homes.

 These 3 men, Mario, Tony and Dave have brought together their skills, knowledge and the  standards of excellence to which they have always adhered.

 Our commitment to quality, location and demands from home owners has caused our firms'  great success over the last 25 years and will also carry us successfully into the future.
